30-Day Return Policy

At JooJube, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Period: You can return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories to be eligible for a return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, faulty, or incorrect items: JooJube will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
  • Change-of-mind returns or wrong item ordered by customer: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@joojube.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions within one business day.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
  4. Ship the Package: For defective or incorrect items, we will email you a prepaid return label. For change-of-mind returns, ship the item using a carrier of your choice at your own cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.
